Andrea Brunsendorf

Andrea is working in the "field service" of our company. She spends most of her time in foreign countries. After an internship in South Africa and in Pennsylvania/U.S. (Longwood Gardens) she studies horticulture at the The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew /UK to become one of the best gardeners on this world .

Petra Gostschegk



She is our busiest hand in the propagation department - separating and moving plants, preparing cuttings - all this keeps her throughout the year.

 

Hans-Friedrich Haage

Our senior-boss is looking after our plants in the greenhouses nearly every hour of the day. In the evening he keeps an eye on the continuous striving of the company now managed by his son Ulrich. He wrote down his experiences as a cacti-gardener in a book titled "Ratgeber Kakteen".


Liebgund Haage



Liebgund is always trying something new. Occassionally she turns into an "Art Director" when she invents specially designed beds for the annual Kakteen-Haage exhibition. A big part of the growing cacti assortment come from her hand and we expecting many new plants.


Lotte Haage



Now more than 95 years old - Lotte Haage still takes considerably interest in Kakteen-Haage. Now and then you can see her wandering around in the greenhouses and often you will find her chatting with our employees..


Ulrich Haage



He decided to carry the name "Kakteen-Haage" into the hole wide world - a lot of satisfied customers are the best proof for this "project". He personally cares about your wishes and is also dedicated to solve any of your plant-problems. If he is not preparing the cacti-dinner he is working on the new catalogue or he is working on new ideas for this website.

Sandra Ludwig



She has been with the company since her apprenticeship. She is currently managing the seed department. She also handles the postage and package service and if she still has time left she is working in our sales department. She is doing all that with a charming smile, which always fascinates the reporters from the newspapers.


Anja Schnelle



She is the youngest member of the "Kakteen-Haage" - team. She has a lot of experience in sales and presentation - that's why you can find her most of the time in our show- and sales area. Besides her love for cacti she has a great passion for orchids, which are growing very well between the cacti.

Helga Stiehler



She handles all financial matters in our business. So if there are any problems with your bill, she will be the one, who can give you information and assistance. You can get to know her at our "day of the open door", where you can find her behind the cash-desk.

Herrmann Wilhelm



He is responsible for "product development" inside Kakteen-Haage. So if you are looking for a very special plant - he is your man. With his extensive knowledge on practical botany he has an answer for nearly every question, and if he doesn't he knows where to find it, guaranteed. In summer he is also working as a bee, than he takes care that every flower of our mother-plants will be pollinated.

Gerlinde Willert



She runs the wholesale and cares for our customers. She is specialized at Tillandsia and if you give her a little bit of time she will organize exclusive and unusual orders for you. If Mrs. Willert packs your order, she will choose the plants, you would have chosen, if you had visited our greenhouse in Erfurt.
